Resolutions

Resolutions are submitted usually during the NAFWS's national conferences by members to resolve an issue or to present a need.

Amend the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act
This resolution was proposed by a representative of the Great Plains Intertribal Fish and Wildlife Commission during the 2010 NAFWS National Conference in Carlton, MN. It proposes to amend the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act returning eagles found on an Indian reservation back to which they came after an investigation has been completed.
