Vendor Registration (Limited to 19 Vendors)

Showcase your organization, business, or program at the NAFWS Southwest Regional Conference! Vendor space is free with the donation of one item to the conference Silent Auction.

Vendor registration includes:

• One vendor table

• Tablecloth

• Exhibit space throughout the conference

  
  

Electrical Hookup (Optional): Electricity is available for an additional $25. Please select the Electrical Hookup add-on during registration if needed.

Please Note:

• Vendor space is limited to 19 vendors and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• A Silent Auction donation is required to receive complimentary vendor space.

• Vendors are responsible for bringing any additional display materials, signage, or equipment needed beyond the table and tablecloth.

• If you are a Native Artist and/or will be selling items, a $5 Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) license is required from the Tohono O'odham Nation's Treasury Office. Call Wendy at 520-383-1800 ext. 2456 two weeks before the event to secure a license; valid for 3 years.
