America the Beautiful Challenge Grant Application Workshops: Proposal Finalizing and Formatting & Final Q&A

The Native American Fish & Wildlife Society (NAFWS) is pleased to announce a webinar series on the America the Beautiful Challenge (ATBC) grant for new applicants. You can learn more about this funding opportunity on our ATBC funding page. Join the NAFWS grants team to go over finalizing and formatting your ATBC proposal, and have a final Q&A to cover any lingering questions.

America the Beautiful Challenge

In year three of the ATBC, NFWF has announced that approximately $119 million will be awarded in nationwide funding to conserve, connect, and restore the lands, waters, and wildlife upon which we all depend. NFWF expects to award at least 10% of ATBC grant funding to Tribal Nations. The ATBC seeks to fund projects across the following themes:

  • Conserving and restoring rivers, coasts, wetlands, and watersheds
  • Conserving and restoring forests, grasslands and important ecosystems that serve as carbon sinks
  • Connecting and reconnecting wildlife corridors, large landscapes, watersheds, and seascapes
  • Improving ecosystem and community resilience to flooding, drought, and other climate-related threats
  • Expanding access to the outdoors, particularly in underserved communities

In Recognition of Their Support

The Native American Fish and Wildlife Society would like to thank those organizations that provided us with support over the years. With them we grew an effective national communications network for the exchange of information and management techniques related to self-determined tribal fish and wildlife management.
